MP4 files with H.264 codec are the most compatible formats for Windows and Mac. H.264 codec uses high compression so it has a smaller file size with great quality.  If you want to edit your video, please let us know. Low compression file format is also available. 

We will transfer your analog videos into MP4 or MOV files and put them into any medium such as USB sticks, HDD or SSD. They can be plugged into your computer or smart TV. You could upload your video files onto your platforms such as YouTube or Google Drive, then you can share your videos with long distant friends or relatives

DVD disc is also available. They're considered an older format and are not recommended for keeping for a long time, but they're still enough to enjoy if you have a DVD player at home.

No. Many larger companies will take the video transfer order from their branch shops and send them to a different location for the transfer procedure. This process may risk your film being lost or damaged during shipment. Don't ship your precious memories away!

At Hanns Photo Video, all transfers will take place within our studio. 

Turnaround time will depend on the work being done. We require time to run all the media through during a transfer. If you bring under 5 tapes, it usually takes under a week. Please remember the Christmas season tends to get busy, so the earlier you can bring them, the better!
